Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants
is an independent national voluntary organisation, campaigning for justice and combating racism in immigration and asylum law and policy. JCWI provides free advice and casework, training courses, and a range of publications.

Medical Foundation for the Care of Victims of Torture
is a registered charity that provides care and rehabilitation to survivors of torture and other forms of organised violence. Founded in 1985.

Refugee Action
is an independent charity that supports refugees and asylum seekers to build new lives in the UK. We campaign to ensure that refugees' voices are heard in matters that affect them, and that people's needs are met.

Refugee Arrivals Project
We are an independent organisation giving advice and assistance to newly arrived asylum seekers in the UK. We take referrals from Immigration Service based at the following terminals: Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted. Other referrals come from solicitors (bail cases).

Refugee Legal Centre
is an independent not-for-profit organisation ... We are directed by an independent Board of Trustees who have overall responsibility to ensure, with the assistance of the Director and staff, the delivery of quality legal services to those seeking human rights protection. Our services are provided free of charge to those who do not have the means to pay for legal representation.

Refugee Women
We provide advice, guidance and counselling in confidence to refugee women. We do this at RWA's offices and on an outreach basis. We provide advice to individual women or group sessions at refugee agencies, colleges and community organisations.

Save the Children
We are the UK's leading international children's charity, working to create a better future for children (including refugee children). We are active in the UK, as well as around 70 countries worldwide. We involve children in what we do - we believe in listening and learning from them.
